TotelFootball will operate a pool for betting on fantasy sports. 

Game players i.e. "fantasy managers" will pick a team from players in a real world league, e.g. English Premier League. They decide how much money they would like to stake on their chosen team. This money is then added to the betting pool. 

Based on the performance of these players in the real world competition (i.e. a week-end series of games in the Premiership), the fantasy manager's team will earn points. The most successful managers who earn most points will win a share of the TotelFootball betting pool.

 

TotelFootball has built its technology around a networked pools model, and will deploy its software platform with betting operators globally.  This networked model works in much the same way as the poker network model by pooling players from many different betting operators to deliver scale and liquidity. This technology is deployed to enable the maximum possible fantasy managers to bet into the pool, whether in Darwin, Dublin, Durban or Dundee.

 

This game will be deployed as a web application service. This service will be accessed when the end user (e.g. member of a partner bookmaker site) clicks on a button advertising the service on the betting operator's website. On clicking the button, the user is routed away from the betting operator site and onto a partner branded version of our fantasy betting game site, e.g. partner.totelfootball.com. All game play is carried out within our area of our site.

 

Betting operators with a high-street presence will have the option of making the game available to their in-shop customers. TotelFootball will provide a specific TotelFootball gateway to integrate with their estate management infrastructure.

High street customers will fill out a betting coupon and present it to the bet teller. This coupon is scanned, the customer pays his stake total and bet details are fed to the pool via our secure gateway.
